THE HONGKONG HOTEL COMPANY, LIMITED.

The report of the Board of Directors upon the half year ended December 31 1912, to be persented at the ordinary meeting of shareholders, to be held at the company's hotel, ar 12.30 p.m., on Satur- day, the 8th March, states that the proft on working account amounted to $85,923,15 2 compared with $39,962.26 for the one- Tarponding period of 1912, being an in- crease of $25,970.89. The profit and 'losa account, including the sum of $24,124.21 brought forwsi from last half-year, shows A credit balance of $83,905,85, which the Director recommend should be appropriated
