A Christmas treat was given on Satur- day afternoon to the children of em ployees in the Royal Nupu! Dockyard." A most enjoyable time was afforded to a large party of juveniles, as well as to amber of parents who attend. The weet took place in the Victoria Recrea tion tulum:asium which had been nurut in such a manner as to give Mr. E. R. Yuletide appearance. Fate was the Chairman, and he made himself very popular with the children by the manner in which he participated in their games. The arrangements were of a most complete character, and for this
