LONDON, Dec. 27. According to Constantinople news- papers, the Turkish counterclaims to the terms of the Allies include the retention of Adrianople and Salonika under Turkish sovereignty. They agree to concede Bulgaria a port. in the Abgean Sex, and are prepared to make a similar concession to Servia of a port in the Adriatic, but refuse to entertain the idea of a pecuniary indemnity.
