The first mesting of the Provifoul
Association (convened by the British. Empiro League) was held yesterday after noon at the House of Lorde, Lord Ave bury prosiding. Lord Stratheons. who was to have moved the first revelation was unfortunately unable to attend owing to indisposition, and forwarded the notes of his speech which he had intended to deliver.
