EDUCATION IN JAPAN.
The inarriage will take place at St. Juhn's Cathedral on Saturday, October 28, of Mr William Darison, of Cosmopolitan Dock, and Miss Lily Jean Abbott.
In the Summary Court this maming the action brought by Mrs. Ogilvie, of Kowloon, against Colonel Walton, which has on several coemiour bean butors the Court and adjourned, was again mon tioned. The claim is for 152.67, for damage alleged to have been done to furniture in a flat which defendant routed from plaintiff. The action was adjourned some time ago as the plaintiff had to ga to Japan under medical advice.
Mr. Ruas told the Puiane Judge, Mr. Justice Gompertz, that Mr. Harris was applying to have the case re-instated in the list. Mrs. Ogilvie was still very far from well, and in fact worse than she was before she went away.
