Rifles can be drawn from the Armoury between the hours at 9.8.m. and 6.30 p.m. any day except Saturday, when Head- quarters will be claredat I p.m. It has been brought to the notice of the Fresident that some of the member ato in the habit of lending their rifles to people cutside the Reserve. These rifles were procured specially for the members of the Reserve, and the practice of lending them to others is forbidden.

The Musketry Course for the coming year has been altered from that carried out last year. It now consists of Part 1, 30 rounds, and Standard Test, 23 rounds. "Part I has been abolished. It is hoped that members will endeavour to attend at the range on the days allotted for the diffurent parts, so that the range can be available for League and other Eboots, Inter in the Season. lc proposed to carry out the Musketry Cours on the following dates Part 1 October 26th sad
