merchants, for 81.50, said to be due for

lighterage and dearage, labour supplied and launch hire. Otto Kong Sing was for plaintif and Mr.J. Crist for defendants. Bir Otto Kong Sing stated that the plaintif supplied lighters to the defendant Company for the cofreyance of coal to and from ships,
