Naval Court of Inquiry After the Spithead Review.

A naval court of inquiry was held on beard the seviner Eatyalus at Spithead on

• June 27, under the presidency of Capt. E. C. Villiers, of the Roxburgh, to investigate and report upon the circumstances which resulted in the urst Royal saluto at the Coronation naval review not being properly rendered. The orders stated that the Beat whA not to salute the Royal Standard until the signal to do so was made by the Royal yacht when approach- ing the lince. As soon as the signal had been made by the Victorin and Albert
