The first air to oppose one another wore Ptes. Clary and Spiegelhalter. This was practically a walk-user for Geary, who defented his opponeat by 123 points. Score:-Geary, 250'; Spiegelhalter, 127.

The second pair ware Lc.-Cpl Harris and Pte Page. This proved to be a ding-dong alruggle up to the half day, when Harris went away, basting his opponent by 62 points, Socres Harris, 250; Page, 188.

The Right Half Hatta, on the first night's play are thus 61 points to the good. The tournament will be continued this evening
