The partnership dispute between the Tung. Sang: Wing Firm (plaintiffs) and Chow Chun Kit (defondants) was mention- ed at the Supreme Court this morning, before the Chief Justice (Sir F. Piggott).

His Lordship caid the Registrar had in- formed him that the stamp duties had not been paid.
