At the Supreme Cours on Saturday morning Mr W. Rees Davies, Acting Chief Juatice, gave judgment on the question of costs in the rice case which recently oc- -cupied the Court for a fortnight. The parties to the action were the Bang Shing firm who obtained judgment agniast W. R. Loxley and Co., ‘to the amount of their elnim. 84,274.52, and W. R. Loxley and Co, obtained judgant for $4,200 on a counter-claim.
