Weсnow, May 2. Wo have begun with the sunt summer storms. During the hot months they frequently burst upon us in the afternoons. 1a,,fact at certain periods they come with almost clock-like regularity. We have had

one or two lately of exceptional severity, but the worst swept over as to-day. The wind was of unprecedented, violence and came upon us with peculiar suddenness. It
