The King's Speech stated that our relations with foreign Powers, continue friendly, and referred to the Union of South Africa and the sending of H. R. II. the Prince of Wales on an axtended journey through our South African possessions before the opening of the new Legislativa Council.

STÅR FERRY ACCIDENT.
The Star Ferry boat which left Kow loon at too minutes to ning this morning mal with a mishap on arriving on the other side of the harbour.
