The final of the Tennis Men's Singles was played off yesterday afternoon between Messrs F. E Joseland and Unotoro. The wind was rather boisterous, but othervise the day was fine. The first set was a long one, and there were many hard rallies, thei art at last going to Joseland 10 games to 8.) The-second-set-was-over-very-quickly, Joseland winning very easily, 6 games to 1,, the match and Cup therefore going to him. Mrs Thomas presented the Cup, which now becomes the property of the winter.
