THE LANGKAT CASE
ÖDGMENT FOR MRS NAZER.
Broker's Book Impounded.

SHANGILA, June 17. Mr. Justice Bourne, sitting in the British Supreme Court, has given judgment in favour of Mrs. Nazer in the case brought against her by a share broker, Mr. F.L. Marshall, to compel her to deliver by June 25th 50 Langkat shares. The Court held that the broker
was, unable to sue.
Mr Wilkinson, the Crown Advocate, who appeared for Mrs. Nazer, applied to have Mr Marshall's book impounded for s scientific examination.
