An advance copy of the new arrangement

of the fleets, which was announced a month agh without details, has been re- ceived by the Lendon Press. The details now supplied show that Sir William May, with the Dreadnought as his Bagship, will have under his command the greatest dest in the World.

Various fragmentary and anafcial fox- easts were published, which pretended to give the number and disposition of the Tessuls comprising the grand, or main flect. According to the official announcement, the main fleet will be much stronger than zy of the unauthorised accounts indicated, There will be four divisions. The first two will each consist of a battle squadron, a cruiser squadron, and a destroyer fotila. The third division, which will be the strongest, will have in addition a Rotilla of submarines, while the fourth will have only a cruiser squadron.

DETAILS OF DEVIAIONS.

The following are the principal details of

the divisions

First Division-Battle Squadron. Ago- menuon, Bellerophon, Bulwark, Drand nought Formidable, Implacable, Irresis-

ible, Lord Nelson. Crator Squadron.—! Dico. Drake, Indomitable, Inflexible, In- vincible, fais, Jiinotaur. ~

The destroyer fotilla will consist of wwenty-four destroyers, and there will also be six additional renaels, two attached to'

the cruisers and four to the destroyers.

Second Division-Battle Squadron.--- "Attica, Britancia, Commonwealth, Domi- Bion, Hibernia (Bagship), Hindostan, King

dward VII., New Zealand.

The cruiser sundren of this division will Consist of the Cochrane, Defenco, Natal, Shannon, and Warrior. This division will be under the command of Rear Admiral Starlin, and will comprise, in addition to tho vessels zikmed, a destroyer Botills in commission with full crews, of twenty-four ressels and six attached ships, one to the battleships and five to the destroyers. There will also be stationed at Partland six vesacle with nucleus crews, which was one of Sir John Fisher's most admirable innerations in the Navy.
