On the 10th at 11.5.m.The baromater a fallen considerably in Wladivostok, the depression lying to the North of Korea yesterday, having approached the neigh bourhood of that station.

Pressure has increased over China, par- moderate riso tionlarly in the North and

is shown also over N.E, Japan.

The highest pressure is situated over the Pacifle to the East of the Loochoos.

Gradients are alight over S, China, and light variable and E. winds may be ex- pected in the Formoss Channel and the N. part of the China Sea.

Hongkong rainfall for the 24 hours end- ing at 10a.m. to-day, 0.00 inches.
