On the 19that: 12.25 p.m.--The barometer has fallen quickly over E. Japan owing to the depression which is now moving to wards & N.E. off the S.E. coast.
An area of high pressure occupies N. China, and the Larometer has risen son- siderably over the whole of the Chica coast.
Strong monsoon will prevail in the Formosa Channel and the N. part of the China Sea
Hongkong rainfall for the 24 hours end- ing at 10a.m. to-day, 0.02 inches.
Forecast for the 24 hours ending at noon b-morrow:-
1-Hongkong and Neighbourhood N.E. winds, strong; dull, rainy.
2.-Formons Channel, Samo as No. 1.
-South coast of China hotween Hong- kong and Lomocka: Same as No. 1.
