Before the Chief Justice, Sir Francis Piggott, at the Bankruptcy Court, shie morning, Mr O. Dixon applied on behalf of J. R. Captain for se adjudication.

Mr Dixon said that a meeting of the; areditors had been held and it was un" animously resolved that the debtor ko adjudged bankrupt and that Mr G. H. Wakeman be appointed liquidator.

Mr Grisk-1 appear for several of the debtors. There has been no public ex- amination in this esse. This is rather promatire.
