Disorderly Scene in House of Commons.

Mr Victor Grayson was the cause of another extraordinary scene in the House of Commons on October 18. His attensph. to stop the progress of public business in order to call attention in the condition of the employed evoked the condemnation of the hole House, and there was genera eheering when, after he had been named by the Chairman of Committees, he was suspended from the service of the House.

The scene arose again during the Com

Mr Bottomley was about to move an amendment extending the time limit to twenty-one years. The Socialist Memor for Colne Valley rono in his place, and in a SOLE AGENTS ¡IDT KISHIDAKE, MI- loud voice exclaimed-Mir Chairman,
