Pressure has a tendancy to give away lo over the Philippines.
The lowest pressure is over Manchuria in the North, and over the S. part of the China Sex and the Southern Philippines in the Soutle. It is highest over E. Jajat. Modorato N.E. winds may be expected in the Formosa hannel and the N. part. of the China Sea.
