This is from the Sydney Morning; Herald" Mrs Lowes, wife of Captain Vaughan Lowes R.N., who has been commissioned to command H.M.S. Cam- brian on the Australian station, arrived in Sydney recently. Mrs Lewes enjoys the anique distinction of being probably the only living woman who ever witnessed &
