Tho Peking Government has permitted Chang Yin-tong to accept the British proposal that the indotanity to be paid by China to the British regarding Tibet will be paid within this year while the British will withden from her occupied neen. Lisons October 5. The German Government has fixed the employable age of battleships at ten years. During the forthcoming four years, 12 new battleships will replace old ones.
