The action in which the Hip On Marine Insurance Company sued the Hang On Company, regarding the re-intunics of a cargo of mugar which arvived from Sourabaya in September last year was concluded in the Supreme Court this morning, His Lordalup the Chief Justice giving judgment for the defendants with costs.
