"A" CONFINY: Goal, Richard; backs, Ballard and Read; halves, Sauson, Freeman and Úspot; forwards, Greenleaf, Hawes, Matheson, Willing and Buckell.

From the kick of the game was loose, both eldos showing out badly, but “A” Company settled down first and had herd Jack in not storing, for the ball was carried down the loft wing to right in front of goal and Mattock had his work cut out to keep it from getting past him. However, he eaved, and assisted by Warner drove the others back. The ball was carried to the other ond of the field and a fras kick was given to the "A" in front of the their own goal, but immediately after the kick they ware penalised for using their hands iosido the penalty area, Barton took the penalty kick and hat the goal-keeper, scoring the ticab goal of the match.
