Auditors.-The accounts have been audit- ed by Messrs. A. O'D. Gourdin and W. H.

The P. &O. Co.'s 8.8. Arcadia, with the ENGLISH MAIL of the 15th Deo, loft Singapore on Saturday, the 6th January, at 5 p.m., and may be expected here on or about Thursday, the 11th January, at 4 p.m. This packet bringe replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the 14th November, 1905, and the parcel mails closed in London for despatch by the all sea route on the 6th of December and for despatch overland on the 13th of December. The C. P. R. Co.'s 8.8. Empress of Japan arrived at Vancouver at. 4 p.m., on Wednesday, the 3rd January.

Steamers Expected.

The O, S. S. Co.'s chartored 8.8. Saint Bede left Singaporo on the 3rd Jan., and is due here on the 11th January. The C. P. R. Co'.s s.8, Athenian arrived at Shanghai at 9.30 a.m. on Monday, the 8th January, and left again at 5 a.m. on Tuesday for Hongkong, where she is due to arrive at 9 a.m, on Fri- day, the 12th January.
