ELECTION MORALITY IN NEW

NEW YORK, Nov. 10-To-day fututslied some interesting developments in William Mayoralty of New York. He is fighting R, Fearat's post-election campaign for

ran,
Late to-night & case was practically made out by Hearst against one Tammany leader

A. BROKEN-DOWN SYSTEM. This is a condition (or disease) to which doctors give many names, but which few of them.really understand. It is simply weakness-a break-down, as it were, of the vital forces that sustain the system. No matter what may be its causes (for they are: most numberless), its symptoms are much the same; the more prominent Beeplessness, sense being prostration or weariness, depression of spirits and want of energy for-all the ordinary affairs of life. Now, what alone is absolutely essential in all such cases is increased vitality=vigour

It is reported in the Canton papers that His Excellency, the British Minister at Peking, has twice approached the Waiwupu with a view to arranging for the construction of the section of the railway from Canton to Kowloon ie., the section in Chinese Territory, that the Waiwopu has replied that the Canton Viceroy is negotiating for the construction of that section themselves.
The British Minister hinted that as the Canton people are busy about raising funds for the Canton-Hankow railway, they would
