MPURITIES IN THE BLOOD. We have seen hosts of letters from people who have received great bonefit from the use of Clarke's Blood Mixture. It cannot be too highly estimated, for it cleanses and clears the blood from all im-.. purities. This in a good testimonial from the Family Doctor, which goes on further to say: It is the finest Blood Purifier that science and akill have brought to light, and we can with the utmost confidence recommend it to our subscri- bers and the public generally.' For Scrofula, Scurvy, Eczema, Bad Legs, Skin and Blood Disenses, Pimples and Sores of all kinds, its effects are marvellous. Thousands of wonderful enres have been affected by it. Clarke's Blood Mixture is sold everywhere, at 25. Bd. per bottle. Beware of worthless imitations and substitutes.

Hongkong Tides.

+

The tide table given bolow has been compiled at the Nautical Almanac Office in London from the result of the analysis of observations taken by means of an au- 1 tomatic tide-recording machine in the Wa- ter Police Basin at Tsim Sha Tsui during the years 1887-8-9.

The zero of the table corresponds with the zero of the soundings in the Admiralty Charts which has been found to be 4 feet 3 inches below mean sea level.
