A Complaint from Shanghai. The N-0, Daily News of the 1st inst says:Germany is very keen on having the same rights and privileges in the Yangtzo Valley as any other Power. Her steamers came on to the river some forty years after the English and American flags were first seen there, but she takes the scriptural view that the last shall be' first, and if no convenient room has been left at the open ports for her hulka and her wharves, she has men-of-war aud Admirals, and some- body must move to make way for her. Boarseness, this 18 song followed by a peculiar rough cough, which is easily recog- nized and will never be forgotten by one who has head it. The time to act is when the child first becomes hoarso. If Cham- berlain's Cough Remedy is freely given, all tendency to croup will soon disappear. Even after the croupy cough has developed, it will prevent the attack.
