The Tide Table given below has been compiled by the Nautical Almanac Office London from the result of the analysis
an of observations taken by means of torestic tide-recording machine in the Wa ter Folige Basin at Tsim Sha Tsui during the years 1887-8-9.
The zero of the table is Low Water Or. dinary Spring Tides, which has been found to be 2 feet below mean sus level.
To obtain the depth of water on the tide gauge at the Victoria Naval Yard add 5 ft. fin, and on the gauge at Lamont Doc's, Per Hanking, at 7.30 4.m., on Tuesday, Aberdeen, add 12 it. 9 in. re the height
given in the table. the 11th February.
