Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong the 21st day of October 1899, an Agreement of Reconstraction laas been entered into by me, the Meinl Liquidator of the Chisa Bousto Compasy, LingPKAN, in LIQUIATION, (hereinafter called the Old Cmpany) with a new Company regisrared on the 1st day of November, 1809, called The China Barnes Company, Limited (hereinafter called the New Com- pany'). The agreement is dared the 23rd day of October, 1699, and can be seen at Office of the Registrar of Companies, Hang- kong, where it is filed. The numiul cups HATI, tal of the New Company is $100,000, divided into 7,500 Shares of Twenty Dollars each.
Each holder of a Share or Shares in the old Company (on cach of which S5 bas bson credited as paid up) is entitled, on payment of $5 per Share and delivering up the scrip for his Starc or Shares in the Old Company, to a Share or Shares in the New Company on which 915 will be deemed to have Loon pakl up in respect of the $20 face value of suck Share. The remaining time,
