The Tide Table given below has been compiled by the Nautical Almanac Office in London from the results of the analysis of- observations taken by means of su quioma- tie tide recording machine in the Water Police Basin at Teim Sha Tsui during the years 1887-8-9.
The zero of the table la Low Water Or dinary Spring Tides, which has been found to be foet below mean sea level.
To obtain the depth of water on the tide gauge at the Victoria Naral Yard acid 6 ft. 7 in, and on the gauge at Lamont Dock, Aberdeen, add 12 ft. 9 in, to the height given in the table,
