A TELEGRAM was received in Bangkok on the 9th inat, stating that Me Clarke had been entirely cranful in segotialing the sale of the Kabio Mines to the Ottoman Book, for £30,000. This will mean that each share. beider in the Kabin Mines will receive four times the amount of his aberes, as the total capital of the Kabin Syndicate was £20,000 of which am some £14,000 to £18,000 have been spent on work at the Mines. The Kabia shareholders are to be congratalsted on their good fortune, and or the aceastal manner in which the affair has been no gotiated. The New Compser will increase the capital of the venture by 260 000, and we learn that a great deal of the scrip will be taken up by the Siam Expleing Corpora tion. The campany will be Franch, and the only obsingle to be encountered in the ques- tion of transfer, which the Samere may not approve of, though this is unsidered very doubtful-iam Free Press.
