In the report which we published the other day Mr. Brown gives us a good deal of valuable information. The damage done by the storm has almost been mado good, only a litle work at the Albany service tank and at the Reservoir remaining to be done. We have also the comforting assuranc that he hopes during the winter months to be able to put all the roade and streets of the Colony into good working order. We hope he will have better success in the mat- ter of road making and road ropairing than lis predecessor. As long as there is dry weather our roads are fairly good-sms-
