The property is held under à concession from the French Government and is of 60 acres in area with a frontage and admirably situated, haring an approach where vemele of any size can anchor easily. There is also. & practically mexhaustiblo supply of lime and other materials required for cement making on the spot. Coal, the principal item, is to be had near and cheap. As a matter of fact veina of coal have been discovered on the property to be purchased by this Company. It may be stated that the Charbonnages du Tonkin's property is immediately opposite that of this Com

pany.
