The debate given a good insight into the pecsent critical state of ofire in France and shows the fierce temper which animatea e partiva. IL also throws some light on the charges of comption which have been brought against the Republican lenders and which have dou so much to shaku tho republic:--

Paris, 17th March.-M. Laguerro yester day brought under the notice of the Chan ber a case now under trial at Nanoy, from which he endeavoured to show that seven years ago Mr Constans hed, for a pecuniary enosideration, consnuted to lend his name to a bogus Insurance Company, and that when the undertaking full through he showed great reluctance in returning the money he had received. This led to a vin lant explosion of Party fouling.

M. Constans asked that M. Laguorro's chargee shark be proceeded with at once, and then area scene anexaippled in my debate, or a experience. It was not a storm, but a series of prolonged howls, slamming of dak lids, honts, yells, cries of la porte expulsion which lasted all the time thl M. Laguerre spoke.
