RESOLUTION. That the Capital of the Company be in- creased to the sum of $10,000 legalty currout in the Colony of Hongkong by the creation of 20,000 New Shares f $10 each. Subject to any direction 10 the contrary that may he given by the Meeting sanctioning the increase of Capital, all New Shares shall be offered La the Members in proportion to the existing Shares bald by them, and such offer all be made by notice specifying the number of Shares to which the Member is entitled and limiting a time within which the offer if not accepted will be deemed to be declined, and after the expirati n of such time or ou the receipt ut na intimations from the Member to whom such notice is given that he declines to sccept the Shares uttered, such Shares shall be dealt with by the Directers in their discretion.
