The Post Office is not legally responsible for the safe delivery of Registered correspon dence, but it is prepared to make good tre contents of such correspondence lost while passing through the Post, to the extent of $10, in certain cusca, provided-

2. Tant the letter was excurely enclosed in a reasonably strong envelope.
