A Man named William Oority was charged with being a rogue and regabond at the Police Court to day. The evidence given seems to show that he is an irrcolaimable beachcomber. Mr Mär, Superintendent of the Sailors' Tome, said that six weekragethe man was sent to the Sailors' Home by the Harbour Master. A ahip was got for him, but he failed to go on board and defrauded the Home of the advance. He ma rent to prison for, a month, for this offence, On being liberated he was to admitted into the Home on a promise of good behaviour. Throo days later he was sent to prison for fourteen days for disorderly conduck. After coming out of prisos é again appeared at the Sailors Home and said he had turned over a new leak.
