TOTICE is hereby given that the Tem
porary Lightship Ching Tal has been tabarad about Cables to-lhe North-East- ward of the Wreck of the Chinese Transport Wan Nien Ching, which lios in 3 fathoms at low water spring tides nautical miles. S. 28° 24′ E. from the Tungsha' Lightship. The Ching Tak exhibits two fixed Lights, in a vertical line, the upper ons red and the lower ono white, elevated respectivaly 58 fest and Bi feet above the sea and visible in clear weather at a distance of 6 nautical miles.
A small white Light is exhibited from the fora-stay, 6 feet shore the rail, to show the direstion in which the Lightship is heading.
Hor The Lightship is painted black. Maia-top-mnast has a yard scross, from which the two Lights are suspended, and it is sur mounted by an inverted Duppated black. The Fore and Mizzen Topmasts are struck.
In foggy or thick weather a gong will be sounded at intervals of ono minata.
