A learned and famous Scholar has specially been engaged to take the position of Editor, and now arranga- ments will be made so as le secure a great improvement upon whint the paper wan

GENTLEMEN who have for years been subsoribing to this paper tony reat assured that the paper will coin to them without interraptin and need make no change in regard to it. Referring to the Accounts with this Office for the insertion of Notices
