Tae British atanmor Propontia, which rived here this morning from Saigon, ex- perienced the haary weather encountered by the Glencoe and Travancore on the 25th instant. For about twelve hours on that day she met with a strong Northorly galo, thick rainy weather and a high mountainous asa. During the gate her decks were continually flooded, and one son, which came over the part side, above in one side of the forward life-boat and washed it away.
