No. I burner gives a Light of 43 Candles; No. 2 burner gives a fight of 63 Candles with a dimina- tion of only 4% after 6 hours burning, consuming one pint of oil in five hours and three hours and a half respectively. HANGING LAMP will light a Room 20 feet square at

cost of cent per hour.

The Light is elevated 50 fost above the bevel of the sen, and it clear weather it should be visible at a distance of 10 nautical miles.
