The illuminating Apparatus is Dioptric of the Sixth Order, showing a fixed white Light visible all round.

The Light is olevated 50 feet abovo the level of the sea, and in clear weather it should be visiblunt a distance of 10 nautica! miles.. and stone, and 45 feet high.
