[OTICE is hereby given that a 10-roor CONICAL BOOK...puinted in red and black horizontal bands and surmounted by a Wack spherical cage, will shortly be placed in position to mark the fairway of the son ward entrance to the East Channel; and that the present No. 2 Fairway Buoy wil! at the sama timo be shifted about 1 cable south of the position it now occupies.
When the above changes have been made. the North Breaker Buoy and the Buoy marking the entrance to the old North Channel will be removed, as this channel is filling with silt.
