PARCELS. The public in reminded that there is no such thing as Parcel Pust to Europe, &c. Mach trouble and disap. pointment are caused by persistent attempts to send small valuable triles through the Poet. Fans, Curios, Articles of Dress, Fancy Work, and similar presents are con- tinually being refused, the serders having often spent more in lostage than would have paid the freight by steamer.
