This, how- ever, is more imaginary than real, as the license could be ao levied upon the various kinds of diluted Sanshu es scarcely to be felt by the well-paid coo- le class. KING OF DENMARK AGÜDES TO ARBITRATE

LONDON, May 7., The King of Denmark has agreed to arbitrate on the question as to whether the covenant entered into between England and Russia on March 17th has been mis- construed on either side.
