In the following Statements and Tables the Rates are given in cents, and are, for Lottera per half once, for Books and Patterna, par two ounces.
Newspapers over four ounces in weight are charged a double, treble, &, as the case may be, but auch papers or packets of papers may be sent at Book Rate.
