Through Bill of Lading issued for Lens- portation to Yokohama and other Japan Ports, to San Francisco, to Atlantic and Inland Cities of the United States, via Over- land Railways, to flavama, Trinidad, and Demerara, and to porta in Mexico; Coutan and South America, by the Company's and connecting Steamers.
Through Pasango Tickets granted to England, Franco, and Garminy by all trans-Atlantic lines of Steamera

Hongkong Rates of Postage.
In the following Statements and Tables the Rates are given in cents, and aro, for Letters per half venice, for Books and Patterns, per two ounces.
Newspapers over four ounen in weight are changed as double, treble, &c., as the oo may be, but such papers or plakets
or may be funt at Book Kate. Two Nowupapers must not be folded together an cano, nor must anything whatever be inserted excup: bona fide Supplements. Printed matter may, however, bu euclosed, if the whole be paid at Kook Rate. Prices Cur- ront may be paid either na Newspapers or Buoka.
Commercial Papers siguity such papers as, though Written by Hand, to not hear the character of an actual or personal corre spondence, such as invoices, desde, copied uzic. &c. The charge on them is the stre as for books, but, whatever the weight of a packet containing any partially written paper, it will not be dirged less than 6 cents.
