The Tramways are intended to bo worked by Steam Traction, such being much more economical, trustworthy, and under more effectual control, having more power of overcoming gradiente, and giving better ro salts (pecuniary and otherwise) than borse, compressed air, electricity or other motive poor.
The engines will be constructed accord. will in no way be a nuisance, being almost ing to the Board of Trade regulations and noiseless, and having machinery, moke, or steam visible.
The Committee anticipate, from the rela tively low cost per mile of the projected Tramways, combined with other numerous advantages connected with the undertaking, that the dividend returns will be satis- factory.
There is no agreement or ectatruct in existence affecting this undertaking
